Grazie alla sua costante crescita, Commer Carta ha riscontrato la necessità di ampliare la propria area di stoccaggio nello stabilimento di Opera, nell’hinterland milanese. L’Azienda, da sempre attenta alle proprie risorse umane ed alle tematiche ambientali, necessitava una soluzione di stoccaggio che andasse incontro alla propria vision. Commer Carta si è affidata a Dalmine LS per strutturare il proprio magazzino automatico dedicato allo stoccaggio di bobine di carta.
Our Solutions
In 2020, Dalmine LS built a self-supporting cold storage warehouse for pallets, served by four stacker cranes operating in double-depth configuration.
This first warehouse is connected to a second, also self-supporting but much lower in height, which is equipped with a two-way shuttle system with floor-level shuttles.
Both systems are designed for the storage of frozen palletized products belonging to two different turnover classes, stock levels, and flow types.
The facility is located in Caserta a high-seismic area, which required complex calculations and structural solutions for its design.
The use of profiles made from galvanized steel strips allowed Dalmine LS to provide a solution ensuring both structural strength and long-term protection.
