As a Project Designer, you will transform technical requirements into concrete, feasible solutions, directly contributing to the excellence of our projects involving industrial racking, storage systems and industrial logistics.

Your responsibilities (main tasks)
• Develop executive projects for warehouse systems and industrial racking, based on customer orders and the specifications provided by Structural Engineering
• Prepare technical drawings, warehouse layouts and bills of materials, coordinating all stages of the design process
Work closely with the technical, sales and production teams to ensure consistency, completeness and feasibility of the proposed solutions
• Manage technical issues related to production and construction sites, providing operational support to the various functions
Interface with customers, suppliers and consultants to develop customized logistics solutions
Supervise drawings and documentation prepared by colleagues, ensuring alignment with company standards
Carry out site visits for technical checks, surveys and direct support during the installation phases of warehouse systems

What we’re looking for (requirements)
For this position, we are looking for someone with:
• A Diploma or Degree in a Technical/Mechanical/Architecture field
• At least 2/3 years of experience in technical or mechanical design (preferably in industrial, plant engineering or logistics environments)
• Excellent knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Advance Steel or equivalent)
• Familiarity with project management principles and production process logic
• Up-to-date knowledge of technical and safety regulations
Good command of English, enabling you to interface with international customers and colleagues

Your responsibilities (main tasks)
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, managing crews and suppliers
• Monitor timelines, costs and quality, intervening in case of deviations
• Interface with the Project Manager and the customer to provide updates on project status
• Supervise safety, quality and logistics on site
• Manage materials, equipment and operational resources

Your responsibilities (main tasks)
• Analyse and manage technical and quotation requests from customers, agents and dealers
• Prepare the technical documentation for commercial offers, coordinating with internal departments

As a Structural Designer, you will coordinate structural design activities, ensuring full compliance with technical and seismic regulations.

Your responsibilities (main tasks)
Develop projects ensuring correct structural sizing, in compliance with regulations and company guidelines

Good command of English
• Solid knowledge of technical and seismic regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
