Requirements

FormDal is a state-of-the-art, modular cheese ripening shelving that allows great flexibility in transport, assembly and product implementation. The brackets mounted axially on the columns allow the load to be centred on the verticality of the column and thus acheiving a better load partition on the entire structure.

The ventilation nozzles, inserted in the FormDal column, are made of food-safe plastic and are present on each load level in order to allow a uniform flow of air at controlled temperature and humidity rate throughout the warehouse. The use of oval tubes for the vertical bracing reduces the size of the shelving and provides more space for the central aisle.  The use of galvanized steel within a production chain with reduced energy consumption adds durability, hygiene and sustainability the product.
